Terms of Service

RallyMate helps you find racket-sport partners (tennis, badminton, table tennis, squash, padel, and pickleball), message them, arrange matches and sessions, discover courts, and assess your level. It is operated by The Tennis Lab, Dubai. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• One account per person; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you are under 18, use RallyMate with a parent or guardian’s consent.

RallyMate is a community. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or send spam.
• Create fake profiles, misrepresent your identity, or impersonate others.
• Post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to bypass safety features, rate limits, or access other users’ data.

We may warn, suspend, or remove accounts that break these rules, and remove content at our discretion. Use the in-app report and block tools for anything that concerns you.

RallyMate connects players, but matches and sessions happen in the real world at your own judgement and risk. Take the usual precautions: meet at public courts, and for juniors, a parent or guardian should be aware of and approve arrangements. RallyMate and The Tennis Lab are not responsible for interactions, injuries, or disputes between players.

Court booking links (e.g. a venue’s own site) take you to third parties with their own terms. Booking is optional; we are not a party to those transactions.

Level assessments (quiz and AI video analysis) and the help assistant provide estimates and suggestions, not guarantees. AI output can be imperfect, treat it as guidance.

You keep ownership of what you post (profile, photos, messages, videos). You grant us the limited licence needed to store and display it inside RallyMate so the service works. Delete your account at any time in Settings to remove your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

RallyMate is provided free and “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and safe but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tennis Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

We may update these terms as RallyMate evolves; significant changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, notice in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
