Delete your account

You can delete your RallyMate account at any time, from the app or the website:

1. Sign in to RallyMate.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent, there is no waiting period and no way for us to undo it. If you are signed in right now you can go straight there:

If you have lost access to your account, email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you:

We action these within 30 days. We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours, so that nobody else can have your account deleted.

Parents and guardians can request deletion of a junior player’s account at the same address.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your login and profile, including your name, photo, bio, area and skill levels.
• Your date of birth and saved location.
• Your messages and group chats.
• Your matches, proposals, open sessions and ladder entries.
• Your level assessments, including any videos you uploaded for AI analysis.
• Your saved players, partner requests, badges and notification settings.

• Safety reports. If another player reported you, or you reported someone, we may retain that record for moderation and legal reasons. It is kept separately from your profile.
• Messages you sent to other people. Your side of a conversation may remain visible in the other person’s chat history, shown without your profile. We cannot delete data from someone else’s account.
• Backups. Routine encrypted backups may hold your data briefly before they expire on their normal schedule.

Email thetennislab.dxb@gmail.com and we will send you a copy of your RallyMate data. You do not have to delete your account to request it.
